Admissions Process
STEPS TO ADMISSION:
1. Request a tour of our campus and obtain a copy of the WRCA Student-Parent Handbook.
2. After reading through the WRCA Student-Parent Handbook in its entirety, call to set up an interview with the Pastor and Administrator.
3. After the interview, obtain a copy of the “Pastor’s Reference Form.”
• Form must be received before the process moves forward.
4. Fill out the paperwork to enroll your student at WRCA.
5. In order to place students in the proper grade, any incoming student will be tested (excludes K5). At the time of testing the $100 registration fee is required.
6. Complete and sign all documentation; Pay matriculation and tuition
fees.
Once the above steps are complete and your file is reviewed you will be notified regarding admittance into WRCA.
7. You are now an OFFICIAL member of the WRCA family and are ready to begin school!
